Account recovery
If you cannot sign in, contact Mike through your established pilot contact. A new email address alone cannot authorise recovery. Administrator self-recovery requires another authorised recovery administrator or a verified provider route; the backup contact is still pending.

On your iPhone, open Microsoft Authenticator, tap +, choose Other account, then scan this QR code. Allow camera access if asked.
